Nike came to us aspiring to build a culture of performance through inspirational leadership in their London retail stores. Together, we designed and delivered a three-phase programme that focused on navigating team, environmental, operational and business performance blockers, thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, assessing and coaching cross-generational talent, and the art of in-game development.
“Having worked with Dan and Paul in a previous role I jumped at the opportunity to work with them again to create something for my leadership team. They developed a programme aligning to the strategic and people-centric priorities of FY’24 and the impact has been immediate with feedback being over and above positive. In terms of leadership, team development and elevating high-performance, I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.”

Children’s Scrapstore is a Bristol-based charity that helps businesses divert reusable waste away from landfill and into the creative hands of children. Following observational discovery for a loss prevention issue, we identified onboarding, customer engagement and a few operational processes as distinct areas of opportunity. As a solution, we built an onboarding framework for initiating new members of staff, delivered customer engagement training for the current store team and provided some practical guidance on inventory management and operational best practice.
“We did the figures this morning for theft in the last 3 months and it was half what it was from the previous 3 month period, over a period we would expect it to be high due to summer holidays.
“Thank you so much, it is you that made us quantify the issue and you that supported the staff to think differently about the issue. The improvements we have made have (like you said) resulted in all sorts of other benefits and more efficient systems. There is still a way to go but it is nice the see the difference.
“We delivered the new induction process and it is clear that the new members of staff have a much better understanding of the whole organisation, so that is also on the up.”
— Kirsty Wilson | Deputy CEO
