We founded Sapience² to continue the work we did best during 10 years at Apple — solving organisational challenges with learning and development solutions. Throughout this period of incredible growth, we supported expansion into multiple new territories, opened flagship retail stores, authored organisation-wide skill maps and prepared global teams for high-profile product launches. But it was our inclination to drive performance with targeted learning interventions that allowed us to stand out from the crowd. Sapience² is the continuation of that partnership and of that work.
